In consideration of GGDub's evaluation of my Photo and or Video Submission, I hereby grant to GGDub the exclusive, royalty-free perpetual right to exhibit, display and otherwise distribute my Submission via GGDub's web site starting from the date on which I upload my Photo and or Video to the GGDub web site or, if delivered to GGDub via any other manner.

In further consideration of GGDub's evaluation of my Photo and or Video, I hereby grant to GGDub the exclusive, royalty-free option to acquire the exclusive right to broadcast, exhibit or otherwise distribute my Photo and or Video Submission in all media. I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation for use of my submitted media assets. I hereby forever waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. I am eighteen (18) years of age or older, and verify that the media assets submitted to GGDub are of me. I understand that GGDub cannot control the unauthorized use by persons other than GGDub, of my image once the image is published.

Any claim I may have concerning unauthorized publication of my image must be pursued by me against the unauthorized user. GGDub disclaims any responsibility for such unauthorized use of my published name or image. I have had sufficient time to review and seek explanation of the provisions contained above, have carefully read and understood them, and agree to be bound by them. I voluntarily and irrevocably give my consent and agree to this Release and Waiver.
